Results of the France’s EU Presidency: Climate change and leverage for green growth.

The French Presidency of the European Union has just closed, with achievements that include an initial consensus on measures to combat climate change. And even if these fall short of hopes, it is clear that agreement on environmental issues and the related issues of green growth is a critical lever for Europe’s business and political leaders.
